NEW DELHI: Former cricketer Madan Lal has taken up a new role that of a scribe.

He will commence his innings as editor of a Hindi monthly titled Cricket Bharati, a publication of Nai Sadi Prakashan, this month.

BANGALORE: Matches in Group `C’ of the Second Division National Football League, are scheduled to begin here from tomorrow.

The six teams in this group are the Indian Telephone Industries (Karnataka), Sesa Goa (Goa), State Bank of Travancore (Kerala), Southern Railway (TN), Central Railway (Mumbai) and South Central Railway (AP).
