CALCUTTA: Arup Basak and Arjun Dutta entered the final of the men’s singles of the Eastern India table tennis at Khudiram Anushilan Kendra.In the women’s singles final, Kasturi Chakraborty will play Anindita Chakrabarty.

Basak beat Shibaji Dutta 21-11, 20-22, 22-20, 21-11 while Dutta (PSCB) upset Subhajit Saha 14-21, 21-19, 21-19, 21-18 in the semi-finals.

Kasturi beat Mouma Das 23-21, 17-21, 21-15, 16-21, 21-9 while Anindita surprised Montu Ghosh 16-21, 21-15, 21-8, 15-21, 21-12 in the semis.
