Schools have been clearly instructed not to charge any fee from students for printing the hall tickets.
Each printed hall ticket is required to be signed by the headmaster or principal and stamped with the school or college seal before being issued.
Hall tickets for students whose applications show a “Paid” status will be available under the Paid Status Admit Card option. For changes related to subjects or medium, schools are required to contact the divisional board directly as per the prescribed procedure.
If the photograph printed on the hall ticket is unclear or incorrect, the student’s correct photograph should be pasted on the hall ticket and duly signed and stamped by the headmaster or principal. In the event of loss of a hall ticket, schools may reprint it and issue it to the student, clearly marking it as “Duplicate” in red ink.
