BSF, Pamp;SB in final

NEW DELHI: Border Security Force BSF beat Steel Authority of India SAIL 3-1 in the semi-finals of the 35th Nehru-ONGC Hockey Tournament at the National Stadium here on Monday.

BSF will clash with Punjab and Sind Bank. The bankmen defeated IHF Blues 6-5 via tie-breaker, after being level 2-2 in regulation time.

Foreign coach

CHENNAI: The Badminton Association of India BAI is contemplating to engage a foreign coach to train the talented shuttlers, according to BAI executive president Prakash Padukone.

He said though BAI was yet to take a concrete decision on hiring a foreign coach, it had in mind a coach from either Indonesia or China.

Squash team
