Chasing a stiff victory target of 363 runs, India were 119 for the loss of two with an hour of play left before stumps today. England U-19 had declared at 342 for seven.

S Sharma 56 and T Srivastava 28 forged a crucial partnership after two wickets fell with just 36 runs on the board.

Resuming the day at 190 for two, skipper Varun Chopra 164 completed his century before being bowled by spinner Shahbaz Nadeem 4-146.

Yesterday, the Indian middle order fell like a pack of cards to concede their strong position and put England U-19 in the drivers8217; seat at end of day three.
