
Disruption in supply
Power supply will be disrupted from 9 am to 5 pm on Thursday in Sarita Vihar, Apollo Hospital, Okhla Sewage, Bawa Nagar, Kishan Garhi, Ayanagar and Vasant Kunj due to maintenance work.
Bank strike
The United Forum of Bank Union comprising nine apex unions of workmen and officers have decided to go on a two-day strike on Thursday and Friday. More than 1,000 workers of the Reserve Bank on Wednesday held a demonstration here in support of demands of the forum and resolved to observe strike tomorrow.

Inauguration
Indraprastha Vishwavidyalya will inaugurated by Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit at the Delhi College of Engineering campus at Kashmere gate. The university was established through an Act of the Delhi Legislative Assembly last year. The university plans to start graduate and under-graduate programmes from July 8217;99.
