LUCKNOW, JANUARY 22: Jai Ram Makhija, who suffered 70 per cent burns injuries while attempting to immolate himself following alleged police atrocities on January 18 here, died at the KGMC hospital on Saturday, the police said.
Makhija is the second case of self-immolation in Uttar Pradesh this year.
