ICFAI holds seminars

INIFD in association with ICFAI has organised a lecture by Ram Mohan Kota, who shared his experience with the students of MBA Design Management I and II, B.Sc final year Fashion and Textile Design and IMB II year Fashion Design.

Ram Mohan Kota is designated with ICFAI University, Hyderabad, as the Manager-Training PDD and has 14 years of experience in sales and consultation and 10 years of expertise in corporate training.

Kota who has been conducting programmes to enhance the skills of the employees at Customer Relationship Management CRM, Time Management, Motivation, Team Building, Personality Development, covered the elaborate topic of CRM Customer Relationship Management at INIFD.

He spoke on what actually CRM meant and what were its objectives, along with the advancement of technology in this field. Being a trainer into IT sector himself, he also threw light on E-Commerce in CRM and gave practical examples.

Among other members of the fraternity from ICFAI University, who made their presence felt were Sumanpreet Singh Deputy Territory Manager, Gurpreet Singh Branch Head, Ludhiana, Manpreet Singh and Shweta.

The ICFAI Flexi Education also organised a seminar on 8220;Presentation skills8221; for the students of Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management today.

The seminar focused on various constituents of a presentation like effective starting and finishing of presentation, voice modulation and dressing.
