Tell us about your daily diet.
In the morning is two glasses of water. For breakfast I have only fruits. I have an early lunch, consisting of chapatti, a bowl of dal and any seasonal vegetable. Around teatime I have a whole bread sandwich. I have an early dinner and it is very similar to my lunch. I am an 8220;eggetarian8221; and eat a lot of salads.

What is your exercise routine?
I workout regularly for an hour on week days and I believe it is the workout that helps me remain in a better frame of mind.

Is there anything you binge on?
Bitter chocolates
What8217;s your favourite cuisine?
Italian cuisine especially the pastas, salads and all dishes made from eggplant.

What would you do if you had to loose or put on weight in a hurry?
Well, that depends on how much weight has to be lost in a given time period. I need more than four weeks to even think of losing or putting on weight.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Well I don8217;t really stick to a diet.
What is your idea of health?
It8217;s all about being fit, eating right, getting enough sleep and leading an active life with a positive state of mind.
