Tell us about your daily diet.
My day begins with a glass of hot water with limejuice followed by a breakfast of banana with some cereal. Lunch is two chapattis with a vegetable, dal and curd. Between breakfast and lunch I have some fruit. In the evening, I have some dried fruits or a boiled chana-chaat. Dinner consists of grilled chicken or grilled fish. I try to eat something (healthy) after hour and a half.
What is your exercise routine?
I do not follow any particular form of exercise but I make sure that I work out for at least an hour daily.
What do you binge upon?
Anything sweet, especially chocolate.
What is your favourite cuisine?
Japanese and Gujarati.
What would you do if you have to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
To lose weight I would regulate my meals and workout. I won’t do anything drastic that my body cannot handle.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Many. It usually happens once a week.
What is your idea of perfect health?
Good health according to me is to lead a very balanced lifestyle throughout one’s life.
