Husband, in-laws held for murder

PUNE, Oct 11: Aruna Kushaba Bhavari 24 from Ghodegaon village was allegedly murdered by her husband and in-laws only because she could not cook properly.

Aruna was strangled by her husband Kushaba, father-in-law Ramchandra and mother-in-law Sadalubai on the night of October 6, Ghodegaon police said. Later they threw the body into a well to create the impression that Aruna died after falling into it. The trio cremated the body despite the opposition by Aruna8217;s parents, according to the police.

Kushaba, Ramchandra and Sadalubai were charged with murder after Aruna8217;s father Kaluram Santu Waje lodged a First Information Report FIR against them at the Ghodegaon police station on Friday.
