DIET: I’M not in the least bit particular about my diet. I eat everything I want. My breakfast consists of the previous night’s leftovers and a glass of Coke. For lunch and dinner, I eat home-cooked meals of dal, rotis, rice and sabzi. I absolutely adore rajma—it’s my favourite dish and I love the way it’s prepared at my house. Luckily, I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, so I don’t have to avoid sweets.
EXERCISE: I’VE been exercising on a regular basis for five years now. I used to work out four to five times a week. But I’ve been on a sabbatical for the past five months, since I injured my knee and arm while shooting. I’m quite keen to get back to my workouts, which are a mix of cardio and light weights for a period of 45 minutes.
PROBLEM AREAS: I DON’T think I have any problems with my diet or exercise.
