DIET: I8217;M not in the least bit particular about my diet. I eat everything I want. My breakfast consists of the previous night8217;s leftovers and a glass of Coke. For lunch and dinner, I eat home-cooked meals of dal, rotis, rice and sabzi. I absolutely adore rajma8212;it8217;s my favourite dish and I love the way it8217;s prepared at my house. Luckily, I don8217;t have much of a sweet tooth, so I don8217;t have to avoid sweets.

EXERCISE: I8217;VE been exercising on a regular basis for five years now. I used to work out four to five times a week. But I8217;ve been on a sabbatical for the past five months, since I injured my knee and arm while shooting. I8217;m quite keen to get back to my workouts, which are a mix of cardio and light weights for a period of 45 minutes.

PROBLEM AREAS: I DON8217;T think I have any problems with my diet or exercise.
