
DIET: I DON8217;T follow any special diet. I eat everything and don8217;t believe in dieting. I just make sure that the food I eat is cooked in minimum oil. I eat plenty of fruits throughout the day and also drink large quantities of water. I start my day with a glass of watermelon juice, some tea and, on some occasions, a boiled egg. I eat a lot of steamed chicken and fish, which I absolutely love. I don8217;t eat rotis but I8217;m a big rice fan, though I8217;m trying to cut down on that as I8217;m putting on weight. But I still do eat rice at least once a day.
EXERCISE: I DON8217;T go to a gym regularly8212;I8217;m quite laidback about exercising. I work out once a week and I just do half an hour of cardio on the treadmill. I don8217;t work with weights. But if I8217;ve overeaten the night before, I do feel guilty and head for the gym.
PROBLEM AREAS: My biggest problem areas are my stomach and hips. I really need to work on these.
