DIET:
I usually have a heavy breakfast comprising egg white omelettes, brown bread and buttered toast, juice or black tea and some cereal with low fat milk. Since I stick to a non-veg lunch, I prefer having seafood and some fish. Dinner is usually very light and I might just grab some salad or sandwich. I am a great foodie and butter chicken is my favourite Indian dish, though I personally enjoy cooking Italian food. Born with a sweet tooth, I love all kinds of sweets and desserts with tiramisu being my favourite. I also drink a lot of water.

EXERCISE:
Since the past one year I haven’t been gymming as I met with a minor accident and injured my right knee. But I make it a point to go for short walks. I also meditate a lot. Earlier, my regimen would consist of 45 minutes to one-and-a-half-hours at the gym, a good swim and then hitting the sauna. I plan to get back once my knee recovers.

PROBLEM AREAS:
I can never go on a diet. Since I have a very high metabolic rate, I tend to put on and lose weight quite fast. So I usually stick to brown bread, fruit and salads, instead of consuming any high-calorie foods.
