
DIET: I HAVE a tendency not to put on weight and I also have a tiny appetite, so I don8217;t have to worry about weight problems. I eat all types of vegetarian food. Breakfast is upma or cereal if I8217;m at home, or a sandwich and juice if I am shooting. Lunch is rice, dal, vegetables and curd and dinner is also something similar. I absolutely adore Thai food and all coconut-based dishes. I also can8217;t stop eating chocolates.
EXERCISE: I DON8217;T have a vigorous exercise routine. I work out two to three times a week. I use light weights to tone my arms. I never work on my abs or thighs. I do a lot of stretches.
PROBLEM AREAS: I DON8217;T really have any, but I don8217;t drink a lot of water, which I8217;m supposed to.
