DIET
I BELIEVE in eating a lot of fresh foods—raw fruits and veggies are easy to digest and you can eat more at smaller intervals. I start each day with a glass of fruit juice, some fresh fruit, wheat flakes and some egg white with bread. Breakfast is my most important meal. For lunch and dinner, I eat vegetables with rice or roti. I sometimes snack on vegetable juices or fruits between meals. I’m not a very big meat eater—maybe just once a week when I’m eating out. I do love seafood, though.

EXERCISE
MY main source of exercise is dance. I practise Kathak for almost an hour daily. I do go to the gym whenever I have the time, but that doesn’t happen very often. I do some simple workouts at home as well, like push-ups and crunches. Working out is essential—it gives me energy and makes me feel much healthier and happier.

PROBLEM AREAS
I DON’t really have any, but I try to stay fit and toned at all times.
