What kind of diet do you follow?
I follow a high-protein, low-carb diet. Breakfast is lavish and loaded with carbs and proteins like toast, fruits and juice. I have fish, paneer, dal, vegetables and rotis for lunch and eat no carbs and lots of protein for dinner. I8217;m not a foodie at all8212;I just think it does its job. But sometimes I go berserk and eat whatever I want because I8217;m good at all other times.

Tell us about your exercise regime.
I try to go to the gym four times a week and work out one body part each time for 45 minutes. I do cardio thrice a week. I enjoy my workouts and feel more focused after exercising.

Who do you think has the ideal physique?
I don8217;t like physiques that are far too muscular. I think John Abraham and Dino Morea have great physiques, and I admired Brad Pitt in Fight Club.

Do you need to work on a particular part of your body?
I need to get leaner and for that I need to step up my cardio exercises.
