What’s your favourite meal?
Breakfast, without a doubt. I have to eat something as soon as I wake up. Coffee, grilled chicken, an egg white omelette, or muesli or cereal—one of these is on my brekker menu every day.

Any food addictions?
Chocolate. I prefer bitter chocolate. Right now, Rahmandel is my favourite chocolate—it has almonds and other nuts, and I can’t get enough of it.

Eat any health food?
My health food intake is limited to moong and all forms of soya, either with vegetables, pasta or just as soya nuggets.

Where do you work out?
At home. I did join a gym, but it was a social thing and I didn’t get much exercise done. So I got a treadmill and work out at home. My mum was an aerobics instructor, so she’s my trainer.

Weights vs cardio
Cardio. I hate weights—I will never exercise with them. An hour of cardio and toning exercises are all I need.

Any other fitness mantras?
Yoga. I do 45 minutes of breathing exercises every morning. I feel like I can take on the world—my energy levels are high, my skin looks great and gaining weight is never a problem.

Any problems with your body?
Not really, I love my body. When I put on weight, it’s all over, so I don’t look out of proportion. And I like the fact that I don’t have a skinny face. The gaunt look doesn’t work for me.
