DIET: Gluttony is my only vice, as food is extremely important to me. I am not very disciplined about my eating habits. My breakfast includes fruits, a bowl of oatmeal with almonds and honey and a glass of chai. I try and eat lunch at home, which is a simple, healthy meal my mother makes without using much oil. Dal, rice, vegetables and chapatis are what I most commonly eat. I try and avoid eating at restaurants as much as possible. I have a healthy appetite and I eat large quantities of food. So, to give my body sufficient time to digest it, I make it a point to eat my meals early.
EXERCISE: I have trained in ballet for 12 years and that is what has gifted me with a natural, toned form. I also do not have a tendency to put on weight. I did join a gym, but I used to visit it only twice a month. What works better for me is a walk or jog with my friends. I also have a treadmill at home, which I use quite often. I am trying to take time out to follow an organised exercise regime, not just to stay in shape but also to help beat stress.
PROBLEM AREAS: My hips are a problem, because ballet trains you to have a strong and developed lower body and now since I don8217;t work out, I tend to put on weight there.
