At this point in your career, do you regret having done Sins?
Sins is a closed chapter for me. I have absolutely no memory of it. What movie are you talking about? At the moment, I just want to discuss my performance in Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi.

Diet I START my day with some fruits, usually watermelon, apples or papaya before I work out. Breakfast is two slices of brown bread with three or four egg whites. Lunch and dinner are both regular home food8212;dal, sabzi, chawal and roti.

In case I feel hungry during the day, I snack on egg whites. Since I8217;m Punjabi, I like any paneer dish. I quit eating meat about a year ago after seeing the pathetic conditions in which chicken is transported every morning. I avoid eating pastries and fried stuff, though I let myself binge on parathas and samosas once in a while.

Exercise I RUN for an hour on the treadmill every day and weight-train about three times a week. I train with machines for my chest and back, but I prefer free weights for my arms. Unlike most people, I8217;ve got strong legs, which is my greatest strength.

Problem areas I8217;VE got a well-proportioned body, so even if I put on a few kilos, it doesn8217;t show. However, at the end of the day, everything is a problem area. One always wants to improve.
