Do you see yourself as a glamourous figure?

I’M a tennis player. I would be much happier if people imitated what I did on court, my confidence and the way I carry myself, rather than the kind of nose ring I wear.

DIET I INCLUDE a lot of protein in my diet and take protein supplements as well. No-nos include red meat, rice and fried stuff. While I enjoy the occasional soft drink, it’s mostly lots of water, juices and coconut water for me.

EXERCISE I HIT the gym for an hour and a half everyday and do everything from weights to cardio, and a bit of sprinting as well. Plus there’s five to six hours of tennis. Also, praying five times a day gives me peace of mind.

PROBLEM AREAS I PUT on weight very quickly, but the good part is that I lose it just as quick. My face tends to look chubby when this happens.
