For the longest time, you were the face of the reality show Who Dares Wins on AXN. Are you recognised on the street often?
Everywhere I go! It really makes me smile. Most people know me as 8216;Tania, the AXN babe8217;.

DIET: I NEED to eat every couple of hours to keep going, so I have about six meals a day. I love eggs, so breakfast is scrambled or boiled eggs on toast. I have a sandwich mid-morning and later, a big lunch, which is usually a chicken salad or sandwich. Mid-afternoon is the time for my sugar fix8212;cake, brownies or cheesecake, which is my favourite. I don8217;t eat carbs after 4 or 5 pm. Since moving to India, dinner is lots of veggies with a chicken curry. I love veggies, and my favourite meal is grilled chicken or fish with steamed vegetables. I drink gallons of water throughout the day, and since I8217;m half Italian, a glass of red wine with dinner is a must.

EXERCISE: IT8217;S difficult in this line of work to stick to a regime. I walk everywhere I go, and I never take the elevator because I8217;m claustrophobic. I also do kickboxing, and have just started training with weights again after a year and a half. I don8217;t think one can do enough sit-ups8212;I can easily do a few hundred. I carry my skipping rope with me wherever I go. All I need is 10 free minutes to start skipping.

PROBLEM AREAS: Thanks to my mum, I8217;m tall and slim with a great figure. But I8217;ve noticed that as I8217;m growing older, I have to work out harder and watch what I eat. I8217;m concentrating on my stomach and triceps.
