You were quite petite in your earlier videos, but in Nazakat you seem to have suddenly become top-heavy. What8217;s your secret?
My bust line is 100 per cent natural. The dress is such, that it accentuates my curves and my bust has also been pushed up to get some cleavage. Besides, with age, curves tend to get more pronounced.

Diet: I BEGIN my day with lots of water and an assortment of fruits8212;papaya, apples and guavas. I alternate this with brown bread and eggs on some days, and milk and cornflakes on others.

Exercise: I DO yoga for an hour before breakfast every day. I don8217;t go to the gym because my dance rehearsals take up most of my time, besides it8217;s good exercise. I dance with my group for at least three hours every day.

Problem areas: NOTHING major. Just that I tend to put on some weight on my lower abdominal area. So I make it a point to do my crunches, leg raises and spend an hour on the exercycle.
