DIET: MY day begins with a glass of coconut water and fruit. And then I gulp down a lot of coffee, because I need to stay awake! I usually don8217;t bother with breakfast8212;maybe just a boiled egg. Lunch is a simple meal8212;I generally eat home-cooked food like paneer or raita. I8217;m also trying to get my skin in order, so I8217;m munching on a lot of bean sprouts. I sometimes snack on digestive biscuits when I8217;m working. I don8217;t eat any meat, but I absolutely adore oysters and sushi. Ice cream and marzipan chocolates are also favourites.

EXERCISE: I work out thrice a week. I have a personal trainer who comes over and we do a workout that has a lot of yoga elements blended in like breathing techniques and handstands. I love my workouts and look forward to them. Exercising makes me feel amazing and fresh. Your body looks great, your skin glows and I feel that I can conquer the world!

PROBLEM AREAS: My only problem is that I drink too much coffee, which is not good for the system. I8217;m trying to switch over to decaf.
