DIET:I START my morning with a light breakfast. Usually a couple of home-made dosas, some poha or some muesli will complete my meal. If I am up early, then by mid-morning I get hunger pangs. I like to munch on fruit or a handful of chivda. Sometimes, even a glass of milk will do. Lunch at home is usually chapatis, sabzi, dal and an occasional spoonful of salad. What I look forward to at lunchtime is the pickle, I absolutely love it. I’m not very fond of rice. I’m a total vegetarian.
When I’m working, lunch is served on the sets and I am not too fussy about what is available. Dinner is the one meal where we tend to eat out. Though I like experimenting with new cuisine, my absolute favourite is Thai food. Fried food is my sole weakness. I’m generally not a dessert person, but give me anything fried and watch me dig in.
EXERCISE:I’ve never had a strict exercise regime. I try and go for walks in the evening. I love swimming but haven’t been able to manage it for a while now. I do not visit a gym or work out regularly.
PROBLEM AREAS:My problem area is not my figure but my skin. I have extremely dry skin which needs special care. Also, lack of proper sleep shows up immediately on my face.
