
DIET: I8217;M more of a vegetarian. I love home food8212;like bajre and jowar ki roti8212;and typical Punjabi khana cooked in ghee. I don8217;t understand how people find ghee in food fattening.
EXERCISE: I8217;M into yoga and stretches these days. I don8217;t do much of cardio and gymming anymore. I do my stretches and shadow-boxing on the beach or on my terrace. At the moment, I8217;ve brought down a Shaolin monk to train me8212;he also has a small role in my new film Aan. I also meditate. It has changed me a lot; I find it very relaxing and peaceful.
PROBLEM AREAS: I DON8217;T put on weight when I eat. What affects me is not having food at the right time. Eating late at night messes up my digestion, so I finish dinner by 7.30 pm. I hate fried foods, but I love sweets8212;be it Indian desserts, ice-cream or cake.
