I do yoga three times a week and go to the gym twice a week
Tell us about your daily diet.
I am on a blood group diet. For breakfast I eat eggs and fruit. Lunch is rice, fish and vegetables and for dinner I eat salad, meat and vegetables.

What8217;s your favourite food?
I like simple food without too many spices. So, it8217;s French, Italian and Malayali food. I also like sushi.
Is there something you binge on?
I binge on chocolate once in a while. I8217;m not a junk food person though. I don8217;t like chips, burgers and sandwiches8230; I prefer full meals.
