
What8217;s your fitness mantra?
Power yoga three to four times a week takes care of my fitness.
Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is a nutritious meal of boiled eggs and fruits. I try and eat a heavy breakfast so that I8217;m not left low on energy in case I am unable to eat lunch. Lunch is usually a light home cooked meal of dal, sabzi and roti. I eat an early dinner at 7.30pm 8212; soup, salad and toast if I8217;m home.
What8217;s your fitness routine?
I don8217;t do cardio or weights. Power yoga three to four times a week takes care of my fitness.
What8217;s your favourite food?
I hardly get to eat at home so it8217;s home cooked food. My favourite cuisine is Chinese.
What do you binge on?
I love brownies8230;minus the ice cream.
