It8217;s not like I avoid anything but I eat junk food moderately. I do have a sweet tooth

How often do you exercise?

I practise martial arts thrice a week and visit the gym about four times a week. In the gym, I do free hand exercises more than weights and machines. Besides that, I make it a point to try and cycle everyday. Three years ago I used to do Tai chi 8212; it8217;s very good in the waynbsp;it makes you focus. It strengthens your legs and helpsnbsp;in coordination.

Tell us about your diet8230;

I eat very basic food. I enjoy eating at home the most and eat relatively healthy. It8217;s not like I avoid anything but I eat junk food moderately. I have a sweet toothnbsp;so I would eat loads of chocolates but now I8217;ve cut down on that. Breakfast consists of eggs and cornflakes. Lunch isnbsp;basic Punjabi food 8212; dal chawal, roti, sabzi.

Is there something you binge on?

I love rajma chawal and I binge on chocolates.

Do you have any bad eating habits?

One bad habit I have is that I eat very fast which I am told is harmful so I am trying to change that.
