
How do you stay fit?
I never go to a gym as I find it boring. Dancing is about all that I do to keep fit.
What does fitness mean to you?
Fitness for me is a lifetime commitment. One should not discontinue a particular fitness regimen due to a whim, time constraint or due to some other reasons. If one decides to stay fit, then one should follow it with great discipline.
How do you stay fit?
Over the last two years, lengthy dance sessions have been my fitness regime. And I perform different forms of dance. I know Bharat Natyam, Tap and Jazz Dance as well. It8217;s not possible though, for me to continuously perform all of them as different movies require various styles. For Main Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahti Hoon I did some Kathak and Bharat Natyam- but Naach required something different, so I did some ballet and modern contemporary dance. I never go to a gym. I FIND it most boring. Dancing is about all that I do and it keepsnbsp;me fit. I used to do yoga earlier though.
Do you control your diet?
I don8217;t watch my diet but try and eat more healthy. I believe in having a heavy breakfast because it gives me the endurance that I require during the day. I have toast, two eggs and porridge or milk. I love tea. My dinner is light, consisting of some dal chawal sabji. I don8217;t like ghee so much but I love chocolates. I love gulab jamuns and eat at leastnbsp;two every day without the syrup. Your diet should depend entirely on what you are burning. You can eat as much as you want as long as you are committed to burn the consumed calories.
