How do you take care of your skin?

I use a facewash, a makeup remover and stuff from the kitchen shelf for my face. ayesha takia, actor

How do you keep yourself in shape?

I get a lot of flaknbsp;if I get overweight. So, Inbsp;have started taking care of of my body. I get up at five in the morning and go to Juhu beach for a jog with my mum and sister . After coming back, I do breathing exercises taught by Ramdevji Maharaj. Yoga has helped a lot to monitor my weight. I do toning exercises too.

What is your diet like?

I love to eat. My appetite is freakishlynbsp;large. I don8217;t eatnbsp;anything non-vegetarian and try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables as I tend to overeat. If there is something I want to give up, that would be the sinful Chocolate Mocha at the Mocha Bar. For breakfast, I have cornflakes and tea. I eat an entire watermelon throughout the day. I have a lot of mushrooms and broccoli too. I don8217;t touch bread or rice. In the evenings, I have tea with chips and stuff like that, which I know is bad for me.

How do you take care of your skin?

I am using Sheshiro facewash. I use Lancome makeup remover because we are in makeup all day. When I am at home, I use things off the kitchen shelf for my face.
