What is your fitness schedule like?

I love action and am on my feet all the time. I am a complete workaholic. Though I have no set exercise regime, I practice dance for at least an hour. I also swim, do yoga and go to the gym. I am a sports freak and have started learning tennis.

Do you hit the gym everyday?

I may not go to the gym when shooting, but dance practice is a must. I don8217;t miss it for anything. I don8217;t laze around much even on Sundays.

For how long have you been practicing yoga?

I have been practicing yoga for quite sometime with my instructor Ayesha Dhangatra. Yoga has helped me find balance. It helps me find focus in every aspect of my life.

Do you have any other fitness formula?

In Mumbai, I do warm-ups and yoga in a studio. I also do Kalari Payattu8212;it is a form of martial arts from Kerala and it is the mother of all Chinese and Buddhist martial arts. I also do Tai Chi and Kung Fu along with some strengthening exercises. And then, there is my daily dance riyaaz.

What about your diet?

I love home-cooked food. I prefer a balanced diet to following particular diet fads. As a dancer, I8217;ve always been careful about what I eat. I also cook a little and experiment with new recipes.

What are the things you avoid?

I love chaat but am not fond of fried stuff like vadas. Apart from that I maintain a normal diet. My breakfast and lunch are solid meals while dinner is light. Occasionally, I indulge my sweet tooth.
