AIADMK supremo Jayalalitha today charged the BJP with rank political opportunism in delaying a decision on the Cauvery water dispute, demanded early notification on the interim award for supply of water to Tamil Nadu but stopped short of repeating or enlarging her warning of quot;dangerous consequencesquot;.

Pak calls for genuine8217; talks
Pakistan has called for meaningful talks with India to resolve the Kashmir dispute as Foreign Minister Gohar Ayub Khan hosted discussions with US Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott.
