quot;Good Fridayquot;, the day of crucifixion of Jesus Christ was observed by Christian community throughout the metropolis today. Early morning masses were conducted in all churches to mark the occasion. Maharashtra Governor Dr P C Alexander, Chief Minister Manohar Joshi and the Archbishop of Mumbai in their respective messages said that Jesus had sacrificed his life to spread the message of love and universal brotherhood.
