Four more held for eve-teasing

CHANDIGARH, Oct 29: Continuing their drive against eve-teasing, the local police have arrested four more persons from various parts of the City today.

According to sources, Gaurav, a resident of Nangal was arrested from the Sector 17 bus stand, Nitin, a resident of Sector 44 was picked up from outside the Sector 42 Government College for Girls, while Yogesh Kumar and Pankhaj, both residents of Kharar were arrested from near the Sector 42 bus stop. Separate cases for eve-teasing under Section 294 have been registered against the accused in the concerned police stations. Further investigations into the matter are going on.
