CHENNAI, July 29: The city police arrested four persons including two women for smuggling arrack from Bangalore in sacks filled with onions. Sachets worth Rs 10,000 were seized from their lorries. The arrack smuggling racket was busted during a routine vehicle check iat Kodungaiyur, according to the police.
