But just in case you are wondering what8217;s a girl called Laila doing on a women8217;s hour show, well, the producers let us know that Laila is in fact a 8220;balanced blend of modernity and traditionalism, kitchen expertise and full business knowledge.8221; The newly-wed Laila, we are told, will connect with all and dish gyan on all things worldly wise and not! 8220;She8217;s a cheerful, up and about lady of today who will spice up Khichdi every day,8221; summed up Ghai.
