Any scientific approach exercise is a combination of Aerobics and Strength Training. This routine is good for muscle building and is an efficient burner. I believe that there are no short cuts to good health and weight reduction. A consistent and regular diet and determination is a must for every activity.

Fitness does not mean being in the proper height-weight chart or having the required body mass. It means flexibility suppleness, strength and endurance. Strength training with weights, stamina with aerobic activity and suppleness with Yoga are the three pillars of fitness. Games like badminton singles, swimming, tennis singles 8211; help ease the tension and stress. Peace of mind is essential for a good health. So, eating habits should should changed according to needs and should be balanced with output.

Diet tips:
Eat only when you are hungry and not between meals.
Don8217;t skip breakfast and don8217;t eat late at night.
Have more carbohydrates and less of fried food.
Eat plenty of fruits and fresh vegetables.
Drink a lot of water.
Avoid fasting and crash dieting.
