Election schedule for BJP elections

NEW DELHI, June 25: The BJP has notified the schedule for the election of the new state party president.

The nomination for the post can be filed between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 29 and the time for withdrawal would be between 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.. The papers would be checked on the same day and, if necessary, elections will be held on June 30.While all the seven members of the national executive of the party would preside over, BJP general secretary Venkaiah Naidu would be the election in-charge.
