NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 3: The Election Commission (EC) has filed a complaint against a polling official of Nagaland for allegedly stamping all ballot papers and stuffing them in ballot boxes a day prior to the poll day on September 24 at a polling station in along Taki Assembly segment during the Lok Sabha elections.

Moren Toba, block development officer of Mangko Lemba, had in all stamped 632 ballot papers, ensuring hundred per cent’ polling at the station, EC sources said here on Friday.

The EC had, however, conducted a repoll in the station subsequently.
