Dharna by DVB, PSEB engineers

CHANDIGARH, Oct 12: Engineers of the Delhi Vidyut Board and Punjab State Electricity Board PSEB sat on a day-long dharna here today. The dharna was staged to protest against the dismissal of the Haryana State Electricity Board HSEB engineers for voicing their concern against privatisation of power in the state.

In a statement, the Northern India Power Engineers8217; Federation NIPEF said the agitating engineers were seeking reinstatement of the suspended officials.
