CHENNAI: Police have established the identity of the three motor-borne culprits who torched a Tamil Nadu Agricultural University bus at Dharmapuri on February 2, which claimed the lives of three students. Paramvir Singh, IGP CB-CID in Chennai, said on Thursday that one of the culprits, Munniappan 45 had confessed to his involvement.
