Derailment hits traffic

PUNE, Jan 6: Rail traffic on the Pune-Mumbai section of the Central Railways was severely affected for over six hours following derailment of three wagons of a goods train near Lonavla station yesterday afternoon. The derailment occurred at 3.35 pm on the down line to Pune. The wagons were empty when they jumped the tracks. Rail authorities had initiated repair works.
