Delhi scribe still missing

Even as most hostages from Taj and Oberoi hotels were freed by security forces on Friday, Delhi-based journalist Sabina Sehgal Saikia8217;s family is still searching for her. A consulting editor and the resident food critic with the Times of India, Saikia was in Mumbai8217;s Taj Mahal Hotel when it was stormed by terrorists late Wednesday evening.

On Friday, Santanu, a senior journalist, told Newsline: 8220;I have been searching for her since then. We have been told there are no hostages inside the Taj hotel but there is still no information on Sabina.8221;

Santanu is still in Mumbai, and said he is afraid to communicate with his children and family in Delhi. 8220;I haven8217;t been talking to my children as I break down each time I think of the situation,8221; he said.
