Hertz rentals offers discount
The car rental company Hertz is offering to all JetPrivilege members in India one car class upgrade for self-drive rentals and a 30 percent discount on standard rates for chauffeur-driven rentals. The offer is valid in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Pune, Ahmedabad and Kolkata from April 1 till June 30. The reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure for bookings other than at the airport counters and you have to quote the JetPrivilege membership number, CDP number, mention “JP Special” at the time of booking and present the JetPrivilege membership card at the rental counter. If you are a Deutsche Bank credit card holder, here’s your chance to become a millionaire. Spend Rs 10,000 or more and make at least one transaction each month in the quarterly programme starting Feb 1 to qualify. The qualifying customers need to answer an easy question either on the bank website or by sending an SMS from a registered mobile number. For the Feb-Apr programme, the quiz will be open from the 5th to the 15th of the following month, that is May 5-15. Three winners will be selected at the end of three months who will get Rs 10 lakh each. If there are more than three correct entries, three winners will be randomly selected on the 20th of the following month. You can participate only if you have your mobile number and email ID in the Deutsche Bank records.

Emirates offers luxury on wheels
Emirates, the award-winning UAE airline, has introduced a complimentary chauffeur-driven service in Mumbai for its first class and business class passengers. It will engage top-of-the-range luxury cars, the Mercedes-Benz C Class, for its service, which will include taking the passengers arriving/ departing from the Chatrapathi Shivaji Airport to/ from any Mumbai home or business address within 50 km of the airport. All the cars are equipped with a GPS tracker for information on their location and will follow a predetermined path to their destination without exceeding the 60 kmph limit. For places beyond 50 km, an additional Rs 51 per km will be charged and payment can be made directly to the chauffeur via credit card.
