Nerves are on the edge in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport 038; Highways with Minister T R Baalu embroiled in controversies and the Sethusamudram project in troubled waters. So the ministry thinks it8217;s time for some meditation 8212; an Art of Living course for its workers, to be precise. Of course, the fiery Baalu was unusually quiet during the just concluded Parliament session. But officials worry this could be the calm before the storm and are enlisting for the Art of Living course.
