NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 20: Uunderworld Don Dawood Ibrahim, who has been declared a proclaimed offender by a designated TADA Court, had conveyed to the authorities his willingness to surrender on certain conditions but the Government rejected the proposal, Lok Sabha was informed today.

Replying to a deferred question in the House, the Government said efforts were being made for the arrest of Ibrahim ever since the bomb blasts took place in Mumbai in 1993.
