CTCC seeks MC dissolution

CHANDIGARH, Nov 3: The CTCC has reiterated its demand for dissolution of the BJP-SAD-led Municipal Corporation, besides the removal of Mayor Gian Chand Gupta. In a statement issued here today, CTCC spokesman Sunil Parti said that the infighting in the BJP has vindicated the stand of the Congress that the problems of the public were not attended to. The party said it was not an 8220;untouchable8221; as the senior deputy mayor had been served a notice for talking to Congress councillors.
