NASHIK, July 16: The Nashik court today adjourned the hearing of the defamation suit against Shiv Sena supremo Balasaheb Thackeray and two others, to September 16.

The suit was filed by the Opposition leader in the State legislative council, Chhagan Bhujbal.

Bhujbal8217;s lawyer, Jayant Jaybhave, said that neither his client nor any of the three accused, Thackeray, Sanjay Raut, and Subhash Desai appeared in the court.
