The Malaysia and Singapore coaches here at the junior Asia Cup dismissed reports that they had accused India and Pakistan of fielding overage players.
An agency report had quoted the duo as saying that many sides, including some European countries were fielding overage players. However, when contacted, Malaysia coach Muraleedharan Vasudevan refuted all such claims. 8220;We have not accused any team of any wrongdoing. How can we make a complaint when we have no proof?8221; he told The Indian Express. IOA ad-hoc committee convenor Mohammad Aslam Khan said that such baseless allegations do not merit any attention.
